Before you message us
How long does it take to get a WhatsApp reply?
We reply during practice hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm. Outside those hours, your message is saved and we'll answer as soon as we open.
Do I need to know exactly what treatment I want?
No. You can write to us describing what's bothering you or what you'd like to improve, and at the initial assessment we'll guide you toward the most suitable treatment for your case.
Is there parking near the practice?
The practice is at the Alpess 10 Building, in downtown Pereira, near public parking lots. Message us if you need specific directions to get there.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, just message us on WhatsApp as far in advance as possible and we'll help you reschedule for a time that works better for you.
